Yes. We do not charge interest on installments. You pay exactly the price shown at checkout, split equally into three payments. There are no service fees or hidden charges — ever. Late fees apply only if you miss a scheduled payment, and are capped transparently.
No credit card is required. You can link a debit card, bank account, or mobile wallet. BaadMay works with most Pakistani banks and mobile money services including JazzCash, Easypaisa, and SadaPay.
All new users start at Rs. 15,000. Your limit can grow up to Rs. 100,000 as you build a track record of on-time payments and verify additional information in the app. The process is automatic — you don't need to apply.
Our initial check is a "soft" check that does not affect your score. If you repeatedly miss payments, we may report to credit bureaus, which could impact your score. Paying on time has no negative effect — and helps build a positive track record.
We'll send reminders before each payment is due. If you miss one, we pause your account and apply a capped late fee. We want to help you succeed — if you're having trouble, reach out and we'll work out an alternative schedule.
Absolutely. You can pay any outstanding installment early — or settle the full order in one go — directly from the BaadMay app. There are no prepayment penalties.
Yes, returns follow the merchant's standard return policy. Once the merchant confirms the return, we refund any installments paid and cancel remaining scheduled payments — typically within 3–5 business days.
