Open the BaadMay app, go to the order, tap "Manage payments," and request a date change. We can usually accommodate a one-time shift of up to 14 days.
Account decisions are re-evaluated every 30 days. Complete any outstanding verification steps in the app, and you'll be automatically reconsidered. Feel free to reach out if you believe there's a mistake.
Tap "Forgot password" on the login screen. You'll receive a one-time code via SMS to the number registered on your account. For security, we don't send reset links over email.
Refunds reflect in your BaadMay wallet within 3–5 business days after the merchant confirms the return. From there, you can withdraw to your linked bank or mobile wallet instantly.
