How it Works
BaadMay is a simple payment platform that allows you to pay for anything in three monthly installments. You purchase now and keep paying later. We host all leading Pakistani brands so you can simplify your shopping and shop for all essentials via BaadMay.
Online: Download the BaadMay app, log in or create an account, add and verify your phone number, CNIC, and debit/credit card. Then browse partner brands in-app or select BaadMay at checkout on partner stores. Your first installment is paid instantly — the rest are set to auto-payment.

In-store: Let the cashier know you'd like to pay via BaadMay. On the app, select In-Store Payments, choose the merchant, enter the invoice amount, and confirm with your T-pin. The merchant verifies the amount and enters their pin to complete the transaction.
BaadMay is 100% Shariah Compliant, certified by Alhamd Shariah Advisory Services Private Limited, registered with the SECP under the Islamic Finance Department (SECP/IFD/SA/046). Notable clients of Alhamd include UBL Ameen Bank, Pakistan Stock Exchange, Arif Habib Dolmen, and more.
Log in to the BaadMay app and visit the Settings corner to view and edit your profile details. If you're unable to update something yourself, contact BaadMay Customer Support for assistance.
Log in to the BaadMay app and visit the Settings corner to view and update the payment options in your BaadMay Wallet. If you encounter a problem, try again after a while or contact Customer Support.
In the Settings corner on your BaadMay app, visit the Notifications area to change settings for your device. You can also set your preferences for text alerts and emails from BaadMay in this menu.
Once you've made a purchase, all future payments are set to auto-pay — you don't need to do anything. If there's an issue, the app will alert you. You may also manually pay to:

Share the receipt with Customer Support after transferring.
When you make a purchase, the first installment is paid immediately. The remaining two installments are automatically charged monthly to the card in your BaadMay Wallet, unless there's an issue with your card on file.
If you're unable to clear payments on time, contact BaadMay Customer Support before your payment is due. If the date has passed, you won't be able to make further transactions until the balance is cleared. Contact support for more help.
Your transaction may have been declined by your bank. Check that your card isn't blocked and that you haven't exceeded your online payment limit. If the issue persists after a few hours, contact BaadMay Customer Support.
Your purchase limit is visible on your home screen and the Purchases tab. Every time you pay an installment on time, BaadMay automatically increases your purchase limit — no application needed.
Contact the retailer directly to cancel your order. Once they cancel it, BaadMay will be notified automatically and any transactions made will be reverted within a few days, subject to standard banking procedures.
Delivery tracking is available through our partner brands. Log in to your account on their website or contact them directly with your order number to get status updates.
Submit all return and refund requests directly to the retailer. If they process a monetary refund, it will be reported to BaadMay and your transactions will be reverted automatically. If the retailer offers store credit or vouchers instead, BaadMay cannot revert your transactions — the settlement will be provided by the retailer only.
